Southern California Crossfit Regional

This past weekend was the Southern California Crossfit Regional Competition. Last year, Kai asked me if I wanted to go watch the Regionals with him and I said heck no! Fast forward one year, and I was looking forward to the competition months in advance! Funny how much things can change in just one year.

Anyways, Kai got to compete on our gym's team and it was so fun to go and watch. The team did great and placed 5th overall, which is amazing (although I think they should've taken 3rd...thats another story). A bunch of people from our gym came out to support and our team didn't disappoint! I can't wait for next year!
